The curly haired blonde who shot to fame during 2012’s X Factor is bursting on to the 2015 music scene fronting a brand new alternative indie act - ‘HOLLOWAY’. Since leaving the show, Holloway's cheeky personality and talented musicianship has seen her garner a huge fan base playing shows all over the country and gracing the cover of G3. The talented singer-songwriter has most recently been hiding away, working in the studio penning her original tracks. Despite her young age, Holloway has long been writing songs and has worked with genre heavyweights Rob Davis (Kylie Minogue) and Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran/Paloma Faith). A skilled musician, she also plays piano, guitar and drums.
Influenced by some of the biggest acts of the 70's and 80's (David Bowie, Marc Bolan & T Rex and The Talking Heads), as well as being compared to some of the modern favourites Paolo Nutini & London Grammar, HOLLOWAY is energetic and exciting. Usually joined on stage by a full band, merging live instruments with her extraordinary vocal range - she may be petite but her voice more than makes up for it. Her loyal and dedicated fan base (over 105 thousand Twitter followers) is increasing by the day; this is only the beginning.
