Spinning records for over 13 years, Dj Highness is well known for always keeping a hot and happy dancefloor. With a conscious but still playful approach to both reggae and dancehall she also stands out in her way of discovering and promoting female artists in a music scene mostly male dominated.

Her technical skills and unique style of beat-mixing reggae and dancehall brings an extra touch of style to her sets, and mingled with her genuine love for the music it is always a short-cut to happiness to join her dancefloor.

For the last two years Dj Highness has been tearing up the dancefloor at Ladie’s Night during the Pride Festival in Bergen. Currently Dj Highness is organizing and hosting her own clubs, Klubb Kaya, and Bassment Sessions (together with 2 other soundsystems) in her home town Bergen, Norway. She also plays with artists like the Swedish dancehall Queen Etzia, and at Bergen Reggae festival, and has been making people smile & sweat at the beaches of Global Reggae Bar, Ibiza.
